Operational Discipline. Business Experience.
Aviation Focus.
Jose Pagan, C.M, B.S
Founder & Managing Principal.
Pagan Aviation Group was built on a simple belief: many of aviation's most expensive problems begin long before they become visible.
Jose Pagan brings experience across military leadership, logistics, transportation, business ownership, customer service, safety, and aviation operations to identify those problems and build practical systems around them. His approach combines operational discipline, aviation safety, process improvement, and real-world business experience to help organizations strengthen the systems behind how they operate.
I earned my B.S. in Aviation/Aerospace from Everglades University and am currently pursuing my M.S. in Aeronautics with a specialization in Aviation Safety at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. I am an AAAE Certified Member (C.M.), student pilot, author, and am developing my expertise in Lean Six Sigma. I also serve on multiple boards and have been recognized as a Tony Jannus Scholar and Richard Newton Scholar Award recipient.

My Story
My Path to Forging Stronger Operations
My path has never followed a traditional route. I served eight years as a decorated United States Marine, and later built experience across culinary arts as a chef, Walmart management, professional truck driving, and entrepreneurship as the owner of my own trucking company. Those experiences shaped how I approach leadership, operations, discipline, logistics, and business. I have since retired and turned my focus toward building my future in aviation.
I founded Pagan Aviation Group to bring those experiences together. PAG represents the culmination of a career built across different industries, leadership roles, and challenges with one purpose: to help build stronger, safer, and more effective aviation operations.
