Educational and Advisory Nature
PAG provides consulting, advisory, operational, safety, business, mentorship, and educational services and resources. Information provided by PAG is intended to support decision-making and organizational development and should not be interpreted as legal, tax, accounting, insurance, engineering, or other regulated professional advice unless expressly stated otherwise.
Aviation and Regulatory Responsibility
Aviation regulations, standards, guidance, and organizational requirements may change. Clients and users are responsible for verifying that information, documents, procedures, and operational practices satisfy the regulations and requirements applicable to their specific operation.
PAG does not guarantee FAA approval, regulatory acceptance, certification, audit results, inspection outcomes, or compliance determinations.
Safety Management Systems
SMS consulting, templates, guides, documentation, and other PAG resources are intended to assist organizations in developing and improving their safety systems. Purchasing or using PAG services or materials does not itself establish regulatory compliance or guarantee the effectiveness or acceptance of an organization's SMS.
Each organization remains responsible for implementation, oversight, regulatory compliance, operational decisions, and the continued effectiveness of its safety program.
Government Contracting
PAG may provide information and advisory support to help businesses prepare to pursue government contracting opportunities. PAG does not represent or guarantee that a client will qualify for certifications, become eligible for a solicitation, receive a contract award, generate government revenue, or achieve any particular contracting outcome.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, PAG does not act as a government agency, contracting officer, legal representative, procurement official, or guarantor of government business.
Digital Products
PAG may sell downloadable guides, templates, checklists, blueprints, publications, and other digital resources.
Digital products are licensed for the purchaser's authorized use and remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless expressly permitted in writing, purchasers may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, share, sublicense, or commercially exploit PAG digital products.
Refund Policy
Digital Products: Due to the immediate-access nature of downloadable digital products, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access or download has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where PAG determines that a billing or technical error warrants a refund.
Consulting and Services: Refund eligibility for consulting or advisory services depends on the applicable proposal, agreement, scope of work, or service terms. Fees for work already performed, expenses already incurred, or deliverables already provided are generally non-refundable. Any cancellation or refund provisions contained in a separate written client agreement will control for that engagement.
No Guaranteed Results
PAG does not guarantee specific financial, operational, regulatory, safety, business, career, certification, contracting, or other outcomes resulting from its services or products. Results depend on numerous circumstances outside PAG's control, including client implementation and third-party or governmental decisions.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, PAG website content, original written materials, guides, templates, graphics, branding, training materials, and digital products are owned by or licensed to Pagan Aviation Group and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, modified, or commercially exploited without authorization.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pagan Aviation Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of PAG's website, services, information, or digital products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
PAG may update these Terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.
